Certified Partner Representative Agreement (CPRA) – www.forr.st

This Certified Partner Representative Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the website operator (“You” or “Your”) and Google AdSense Certified Partner (“We” or “Us”) for the website located at www.forr.st (the “Website”). By using the Website, You agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Certification and Representation

We, as a Google AdSense Certified Partner, certify that We will maintain strict compliance with all Google AdSense policies, guidelines, and best practices in relation to the use of Google AdSense services on the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the Google AdSense Program Policies, Google AdSense Terms and Conditions, and any other policies or guidelines provided by Google from time to time.

We agree that the revenue generated through the use of Google AdSense on the Website will be shared in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between You and Us separately.

2. Responsibility and Liability

2.1 Content Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the content displayed on the Website, including but not limited to articles, images, videos, and any other form of media. You will ensure that the content complies with Google AdSense policies, is not infringing on any third-party rights, and does not contain prohibited content such as adult material, violence, or hate speech.

2.2 Ad Placement

We, as a Certified Partner, will be responsible for the placement of Google AdSense ads on the Website. However, You retain the right to provide input and request changes to ad placement, subject to Google AdSense policies.

2.3 Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, damage, or any other harm that may arise from the use of Google AdSense on the Website. You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the Website’s content or the use of Google AdSense on the Website.

3. Termination

3.1 Termination for Non-Compliance

In the event that You do not comply with Google AdSense policies or the terms of this Agreement, We reserve the right to terminate our partnership and the use of Google AdSense on the Website immediately.

3.2 Termination for Convenience

Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with a written notice of termination. Termination will be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction.

4.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

4.3 Amendments

We may update this Agreement as necessary to remain in compliance with Google AdSense policies. Any changes will be communicated to You in writing.

By using the Website and engaging in the services provided by Us, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
